Lower Education Verification Process (10th & 12th Certificates)

Validity

• Lower Education Verification Reports do not have a fixed validity period.

• However, very old reports may be rejected by MOHE.

• If rejected, candidates must repeat the verification process to get a new report.

Processing Time

• Typically issued on the same day.

• In some cases, candidates may be asked to return later to collect the report.

 Covering Letter Requirement (Lower Request – LR)
A Covering Letter is mandatory for applying.

General Rules:

• Separate letters are needed for Lower and Higher Education verifications.

• Only original letters are accepted – photocopies are not valid.

For Ministry Staff:

• The covering letter must be issued on the official letterhead of the respective ministry.

• We assist Ministry of Health (MOH) staff in obtaining their letters.

• Staff from other ministries must arrange their own covering letter.

For Private Sector Staff:

• The letter must be issued on the official letterhead of the hospital or company.


Restrictions

• Certificates from open schools (e.g., NIOS or other open schooling for 10th or 12th) are not accepted for verification.

Application Process

• The process can be handled either by the candidate personally or by our support team.

• If applying in person, an appointment via the META portal may be required. (Note: Appointments are not always mandatory.)
