Step-by-Step Verification Process

1️.Online Equivalency Registration

• Register on the MOHE Kuwait online portal

• Upload required documents into designated folders

2️.Manual Submission (In Kuwait)

• Submit printed documents at:

• Higher Education Office

• Senabil Tower, opposite Amiri Hospital

3️.Kuwait Embassy (New Delhi)

• Embassy sends a verification request to your university via Indian Speed Post

4️.University Follow-Up

• We coordinate with the university for:

• Challan payments

• Certificate confirmation

• Sending verified documents back to the Kuwait Embassy

5️.Embassy & MOHE Kuwait Routing

• Verified documents are sent to the:

• Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kuwait

• Then forwarded to MOHE Kuwait

6.Final Step: Higher Education Confirmation

• After approx. 3 months, visit the Higher Education Office in person to collect or follow up on your report
